The game version of Ariane is a Genesis 8.1 model. This is a Genesis 9 HD conversion showing pores, folds in the lips, individual hairs in eyebrows and lashes. It was an attempt to see how realistic I could get.

The truth is a render this detailed starts pushing into the uncanny valley, and it also gives my graphics card a real workout. Pictures this realistic are going to be rare.
